1. Do you accept returns?

2. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we do not accept returns, we also do not process exchanges. Please double-check the size, color, and specifications of the item before purchasing to ensure it's the right fit for you.

3. What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
We strongly recommend reviewing your order before completing your purchase. If you realize you made an error in your order, please reach out to us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is confirmed.

4. Why don't you accept returns?

7. Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?

8. What do I do if I received an incorrect item?
